Jamie brinker

Jamie is a painter and printmaker based in Cleveland, OH. She is currently pursuing a BFA at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Her figurative work explores themes about identity and struggles as a woman, and emphasizes humor, objectification, and the body. Jamie’s work has been exhibited at Cleveland Institute of Art in Don’t Get Me Started and Bodily in Cleveland, OH; and at Yards Projects’ Foot Squared in Cleveland, OH. Her other achievements include the Gund Family Scholarship, the Jordie and David Rowe Family Grant, Joseph C. & Louis J Motto ‘42 Scholarship, and the Women’s Art Club of Cleveland Grant. Jamie is working on an upcoming solo exhibition for the fall of  2024 at Deep Dive Art Projects in Cleveland, OH. She will also be in the group Exhibition Laced With Love in Spring 2024 at the Kelvin Smith Library in Cleveland, OH.
