Agi Kasapi, an innovative visual artist and illustrator who has moved to Cleveland, OH from her hometown Albania, is oriented into themes surrounding mental health, grief, and the essence of everyday life in her work. Despite drawing from her personal experiences, her art resonates with a broad audience thanks to her ability to connect and communicate with others through her creations. Agi's unique background plays a crucial role in shaping her artistic perspective, and she skillfully combines traditional and digital media to produce modern and captivating pieces. Currently pursuing a major in Illustration at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Agi is set to graduate in 2025, with her work being showcased at various exhibitions, including the Refugee and Immigrant Art Exhibition at Negative Space Gallery in 2022.
