Julissa Bruno
Julissa Bruno is a mixed-media artist from Queens, New York. Her work focuses on the representation of her cultural identity as a Dominican. She often depicts her childhood world with vibrant colors and sentimental portraiture of her family. Julissa's most recent work was displayed at P.S Art 2021, which landed her artwork in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York for a temporary exhibition. The achievement granted her entry to the Cleveland Institute of Art, where she is currently working on her bachelor's degree in Drawing.
